Bryan is simply the best. What started as a one hour massage turned into two because I truly did not want it to end. From the very beginning to the very last minute, he was consistent, attentive and completely in tune with what my body needed. He worked my back exactly the way I asked, applying the perfect pressure and maintaining steady, focused technique throughout the entire session. There was no drop in quality or energy, just continuous, expert care. I left feeling completely restored, relaxed and grateful. Dr La Plante is incredible. I cannot recommend her enough! Seriously if you are looking for someone who truly cares and listens, you need to see her. She will provide great knowledge and skill and make everything so fun. My only issue is that she actually helps me when I’m in pain so I don’t get to see her enough. Mary Jean and Dr. K are the best! I've had chronic low back pain for years and they have truly relieved my pain. My allergies are 10 times better with treatments from Mary Jean and I always leave Dr. K's office feeling better. Plus, they are just the most delightful, kind people you could ever hope to be around. They should all get a raise!

Dr. Krystal La Plante is an incredible chiropractor! I've been very fortunate to see her over the past year for different concerns and she always helps ease the physical pain quickly, supplies me with helpful and easy exercises at home. She's come in early to fit me in and has even connected me with other specialists who have helped other areas of my health greatly, going so far as to video chat with one of them prior to ensure it'd be a good fit and helpful for me. She's also great to chat with which is truly so nice when dealing with pain and general medical anxiety. Valerie at the front desk is amazing as well! She is so friendly and always takes the time to figure out insurance changes, and has researched things well after I've left to make sure my newer more complex insurance doesn't get in the way of my care. And like Krystal, what a treat to talk to! I love the environment fostered at Apex Wellness Center and highly recommend them.

I have been receiving acupuncture from Mary Jean Brinkman following hip replacement surgery. She is super skillful and has helped tremendously with healing the inflammation, bone trauma and general achey-ness that comes with this brutal surgery, Its made a huge difference for me in my healing. Highly recommend her.

I have a number of issues that my regular medical team hasn't been able to resolve, and they just put bandaids on and hope it goes away on its own. My first visit here for chiropractic I felt seen, and heard. I wasn't fat shamed, and I got pain relief all in my initial visit.
