It is my qigong practice that first sparked my interest in Chinese Medicine. I started studying qigong over a decade ago and since then it has become a huge influence in many aspects of my life. The more I am able to work with qi in my own body, the more I am excited about being able to influence qi in others for the purposes of healing, whether accessing it through an acupuncture needle or my hands.

I employ a variety of needling styles ranging from very gentle with little sensation to Cupping, moxa, qigong tuina, sa’am

It is important to me to bring my values into my practice, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment for my patients, incorporating contemporary frameworks of body positivity and harm reduction into ancient practices.

When not practicing Chinese Medicine, you might find me practicing qigong, back packing or hiking, baking, connecting with my partner or friends, out dancing, or just curled up with a good book and a cup of tea.

My Training and Credentials:

I graduated from the National University of Chinese Medicine here in Portland with a Masters of Chinese Medicine with a specialization in Chinese Herbal Medicine and am board certified by the NCCAOM.

I have completed trainings in medical qigong and qigong tuina with Stephen Schleipfer, and continue on my neigong journey with him.
